Established in 2007 under a single proprietorship name of AGANA DEVELOPMENT & BUILDERS. On July 14, 2019 the company was incorporated and became AGANA DEVELOPMATES, INC.
Venturing into the same fields of business with the addition of supplying raw materials to Renewable Energy power plants, and E-Filter device. |
In 2008, AGANA TRADING was set up in response to the growing demands for construction materials and maintenance supplies.
In 2010, the establishment of JR ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING SERVICES, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY facilitated the company’s extension to other fields of engineering. |

BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATION
The proprietor’s extensive experience in various fields of engineering is the by-product of his 17-years of service with the Physical Plant Department of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), an international post-graduate institution located in Bangkok, Thailand. The various positions he held, together with his accompanying responsibilities of handling and supervising the different units of the department and overseeing the development of the entire campus, provided him a broad opportunity for personal and professional growth and expertise.

FIELDS OF SPECIALIZATION
The diverse projects he undertook and participated in at the institute encompass the following fields: electronics, instrumentation, computer system, telecommunications, fiber optics, electrical system, energy management, building construction, air-conditioning, water and sewage system, safety and security management, equipment maintenance, grounds development, landscaping, and general maintenance.
